Over the past two decades, working closely with institutions across different sectors, I have witnessed a common challenge:
governance, risk, and compliance are often treated as formal requirements rather than strategic capabilities. As a result, many organizations remain exposed — not because they lack effort, but because they lack a clear, practical structure that connects governance to real business decisions.
At EGRCA, we believe that GRC is no longer a support function.
